Jagityal Fort

Jagtial Fort, also known as Quilla Gadda Fort, is a remarkable historical structure located in Jagtial town, Telangana. Built in the 17th century during the reign of Nawab Ibrahim, the fort showcases unique star-shaped architecture, believed to have been designed by two French engineers, Jack and Tal—hence the name "Jagtial." The fort is constructed using stone and lime mortar, featuring two massive wooden gates that were once operated with pulley systems. Surrounded by a moat filled with water, it served as a strong defense mechanism against invasions. Inside the fort complex, visitors can find remnants of ancient cannons, the Jama Masjid, and traces of old administrative buildings. The fort reflects both Mughal and European military design styles. Today, Jagtial Fort is a popular tourist destination and is undergoing restoration to preserve its rich heritage. Dharmapuri – Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple

Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Dharmapuri, Jagtial district, is one of Telangana's most sacred and ancient Vaishnava temples. Situated on the serene southern bank of the Godavari River, it is often referred to as Dakshina Kashi. The temple's origins trace back to the Chalukya era, with later contributions from the Kakatiya kings. After destruction during Mughal invasions, it was rebuilt in 1448. Ramuni Gundalu Waterfalls

Ramuni Gundalu Waterfalls, located near Kondagattu in Jagtial district, is a hidden natural gem that offers breathtaking beauty and serenity. The waterfall emerges from rocky cliffs, cascading gracefully into a tranquil pool surrounded by dense greenery. It is especially mesmerizing during the monsoon season when the water flow is at its fullest and the surrounding forest comes alive.
